Return Policy 

We only accept returns for unused wigs that are in new condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect the quality and deduct a $25 restocking fee for the item to be returned to our inventory. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

Exchange Policy

We only accept exchanges for unused wigs in new condition. Once we receive the exchanged item, we will inspect the quality. If there are no issues, we will contact the customer to arrange for the new item to be shipped out, and we will cover the shipping cost. If there is a price difference between the exchanged products, we will contact the customer to handle the difference.
